Foreclosures in Town?

Can anyone speak to the issue of foreclosures in Gold Beach, Oregon? Foreclosures are up around the country due to the sub-prime lending practices. Is there any foreclosure impact on real estate in Gold Beach?

Gold Beach has been very lucky to not be as impacted by this disaster as other parts of the country. There are a couple of foreclosures in process in Gold Beach but most are being solved before they ever reach the courthouse steps.
